Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase please call us toll-free at (888) 480-4066 and we will take care of the problem. We stand behind all of our products and believe you should be satisfied with your purchase.

All of are items can be returned for a full refund of the product as long as they are in the original package and not used. The cost of shipping the item back to us is the customers responsibility. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Dyes that have been opened are not returnable.

If you have bought a dye or polish and they are not the color desired, we will be happy to exchange them for a different color or refund your purchase cost.

If you feel that a boot or shoe stretcher is not the correct size, we would be happy to exchange it for a smaller or bigger size or give you a refund for the purchase price.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days after the date of your purchase for a refund.  All returns must be in new and unworn condition and sent in the original box and packaging.

Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the original price you paid for the shoes or merchandise you purchased less the cost of any prepaid return shipping label that we send to you.

Sorry, the cost of shipping any items to you is not refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip when you return the shoes or merchandise.

Under no circumstances will you receive a refund for returning merchandise in an unsuitable condition.
